The Design Haus Condominiums is a proposed mixed-use 17 storey condominium/apartment building with an 8 storey podium and 142 residential units with retail at grade level (approximately 319 square metres). The height of the building will be approximately 52 metres high.
This project is proposing to demolish "two multi-unit rental buildings with retail uses at grade, and to provide for replacement of the 15 residential rental units and a tenant relocation assistance plan".
There will be a proposed two levels of underground parking which will provide for 52 vehicle parking spaces. As for bicycle parking spots, there will be a proposed 152 spaces available of which 133 will be for residents.

The indoor amenity space will hold the proposed fitness room and lounge with a kitchen & a washroom. The outdoor amenity space will house the proposed two permanent barbeques. There is also a proposed on-site laundry room for the tenants of the building.
As for the residents of the condominium suites, 178 square metres of indoor amenity space is proposed to be located on the ninth floor with 265 square metres of outdoor amenity space located nearby.
The Design Haus Condos will have a proposed 4 bachelor units, 99 1-bedroom units, 27 2-bedroom units and 12 3-bedroom units. Retail space is proposed to be fronting College Street and residential entrance is proposed to be located on Huron Street.
